FitWindows Return & Refund Policy

At FitWindows, each of our window treatments is custom-crafted to your unique specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons related to sizing, preference, or change of mind.

No Returns or Refunds for Custom Orders

All of our products are made-to-order based on the measurements and preferences you provide at the time of purchase. As a result, we are unable to restock or resell returned items. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please follow these steps:

  • - Contact us at emily@fitwindows.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • - Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or damage.

  • - Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Important Notes

- Claims made after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for review.

- Minor variations in color, texture, or small imperfections in natural materials are not considered defects.
